VoIP called are not being able to be established. AR Router has been configured as SIP server and VoIP is using SIP.

Following information is requiered:
1. The register information of SIP-server:
dis voice sip-server register-user all
2. The debug information:
The debug information needs include two cases. One is call from AR29 to CISCO, the other is call from CISCO to AR29. Please better ensure that there's only current call in the course of information collecting.

The default port of SIP protocol is 5060. This port will be occupied if sip server is enabled, which is the main reason why the call set unsuccessfully. Due to the occupied port, the response messages that call manager of CISCO sends cannot be received by AR29. For the same device, according to the current software realization, the level of SIP server takes precedence of gateway.
There are three methods. Please choose one of them.
A Use the command undo server enable to disable the local SIP server.
B Change the port that SIP server uses. For example:
server-bind ipv4 10.12.0.26 port 5070
C Change the port of VoIP entity. Fox example:
entity 161 voip
address sip ip 10.8.1.100 port 5080
