A user double-clicked a transport NE in the navigation tree in the Main Topology and added a SDH port(STM-1/4/16) in the NE Explorer. This newly added port, was not displayed in the SDH ASON trail management window. As a result, the user failed to create SDH ASON services on this port.
Run scripts provided by Huawei to revise data in the Sybase database.
Then, restart the following processes: SDH ASON network manager, fault process, transmit & PTN public server, and SDH NE manager.
In this manner, the U2000 will temporarily process these events with incorrect IDs.
As per Disussion with R&D we can't share the script. The problem will be solved by U2000 V100R001C00CP0308
After a user added a port in the NE Explorer, the SDH NE manager process tried to report the port addition event to the SDH ASON network manager process.
The managed object (MO) data in the live network, however, showed that some table data in the Sybase database was incorrect.
As a result, the SDH ASON network manager process did not receive the port addition event and eventually failed to process the event.
Therefore, the new port failed to be displayed in the SDH ASON trail management window, and the port data was not updated.
The incorrect data was caused by a bug in the Sybase database.
