When an upgrade task is created, the navigation tree does not display names of NEs that are searched out but displays IP addresses of GNEs. The GNEs cannot be differentiated.
1. Choose Administration > NE Software Management > NE Data Backup/Restoration from the main menu.
2. In the window that is displayed, select an NE and click Version.
3. Re-create an NE upgrade task. The fault is rectified.
NE information is not updated due to U2000 issues.
