ME60 in different versions advertise the network segment addresses in the NAT address pool in different ways. 
For VRP3.30-23xx and V300R003, you are recommended to configure static return routes for the network segment addresses in the NAT address pool. 
In addition, for VRP3.30-23xx, you can configure blackhole routes for the network segment addresses in the NAT address pool, and then import the static routes in the routing protocol to advertise the network segment addresses in the NAT address pool.
