One day, customer removed a Metro1000V3 to a nother site. After installation, customer can not login this NE, customer tried many account include "szhw", the error is "NSERR_SM_INVALID_ACCOUNTS".
The NE is Metro1000V3R5, 49SCB.
The error is "NSERR_SM_INVALID_ACCOUNTS".
1, Pull out the 49SCB, set the DIP Switch (D0~D3) to "0101", then insert the SCB, it will enter BIOS state.
2, In BIOS state, you can login the NE by any user. Run command ":e-db" to erase the database.
3, Pull out the 49SCB, restore the DIP Switch (D0~D3), then insert it back.
After the steps above, the database will be initialized, all default account will be initialized too, then you can login the NE by "szhw" or "root' by the dafault password, and download or configure the service.
The account -- "szhw" is a superuser, you can change the password of it, but can not change the user name. If pasword is wrong, the error massage is not "NSERR_SM_INVALID_ACCOUNTS". Hence, we can conclude that the database of this NE is
damaged. To restore it, you have to erase the database.
