April 12th, Engnieer found the standby Q2CXL board at 83 slot on the OSN1500 was offline and BD_STATUS alarm reported.
The version is 18.104.22.168P01.
After engineer re-plugs the board on-site, the CXL board is online again.
1.Query the errlog of 83-gscc board, we found there are many reset logs recently and 83-gscc board entered bios state before engineer re-pluged it.
Until engineer re-pluged it, it became normal.

The "0xF0000004" means cold reset.
The "0x01" means BIOS software type, The "0x02" means host software type.
As there was no host software running log at that time, the host software cant start and the board stayed in bios state all the time.
So CXL board was offline and reported BD_STATUS.
2.Query the errlog for other boards, they all have many reset logs.
After confirmed with customer, we knew there were power issue on that site recently.
3.So, the reason is clear:
As the system power is not stable, the equipment reset frequently, which lead to vxworks operation system abnormal and the CXL4 board cant run normally.
Until re-pluged the CXL4 board, it becames normal.
The electronic power is very important for our equipment.
Push customer to provide a stable system power.
