N2000 BMS version: V200R012C05SPC123
Customer report cannot execute the SELT function in N2000 BMS server. Further information please refer to attachment.
Communication with NMS Server Timeout. Please check whether the network and NMS server is normal.
1) The client is connected with the NMS network and running normal now.
2) The service is running normal now since the other services can perform normally.
3) From the NMS system monitor, found the "TestDM Process" state is "stopped". After select to start the process, the SELT function is able to function.
1)The network failure or client cable is not connected .
2)The server is abnormal or system corrupted.
By default this TestDM process is stopped. If customer wants to use it, they have to start process manually.
