When delete cross-connection in NE the associate trail dissapear

Issue Description
In NMS U2000V100R001C00SPC003 We need to perform a loopback test. In this case we have to perform a cross-conection in any NE (OSN) to return the transmission. This procedure deleted the trail from NM layer

Handling Process
One flag on Server solve problem. bIsdeleteTrailByXC = 1 to bIsdeleteTrailByXC = 0 in U2000\server\nml\nmlsdh\conf\cfg\nmlsdh.cfg. Is neccesary change flag 1 to 0 and the restart U2000 server. After that, U2000 will not delete the trail if we delete the cross-connection. Root Cause
We check cross-connections associate to the trail in all NEs involve and the cross-connections exists in al NEs. Also, we verify with customer and the services is OK. The trail was delete only from NM layer. For recovery trail is neccesary make a SDH Trail Search.
When install U2000V100R001C00SPC003 check flag. Normally, when use this procedure, the trail show as "partially active"
