Issue Description

Many 2G sites flashing Lapd_alarm at M2000 and all the boards at the RTN950 reported BD_STATUS.

Alarm Information

BD_STATUS at all the boards of the RTN950.

Handling Process

We checked the power input to the RTN and we found it ok.
We checked the CSH and the boards hardware and there is no problem.
We started to check the clock quality, we found it is free running.
We started to configured it, we found there is a loop in the clock configuration which cause the clock acted as free running.
When we make the clock as per the design, all the alarms cleared and no more flashing for the 2G sites.

Root Cause

There is loop at the clock configuration.

After making a clear plan for the clock, and start to submit it all at one time, it will not be reflecting any conflict or loop, have to check the clock loop carefully by engineer.
