Unable to login to the U2000 client due to security software (McAfee) blocking

Issue Description

After installed a new client on new PC, but disconnect.
The ip , port and login mode are correctly.
The account is normal and no limite.
Both of ping and telnet to the service are normal.and the error message is attached.

Handling Process

After disabling the security software McAfee the problen is solved .
Multiple types of antivirus software are available for the Windows OS. The Officescan8.0 SP1 is recommended, which is strictly tested and compatible with the U2000.


Root Cause

1. checking the client access amount license ----ok
2. check the path of the shortcut U2000 Client, U2000 MSuite and U2000 System Monitor install a new U2000 Client by CAU.

Path and file that are necessary enroot on the shortcut of the U2000 are:
Path of U2000 Client shortcut was C:\U2000\client\startup_all_global.bat.
Path of U2000 MSuite shortcut was C:\U2000\engineering\startclient.bat .
Path of U2000 System Monitor shortcut was C:\U2000\client\startup_sysmonitor_global.bat-----ok .
3. checking the secruity application on the new PC.
