Alarm Information
as att figure .1
Handling Process
1:If you check the site by UpgradeKit tools before upgrade,these three points as above must not the reason .and we can also use upgradekit check again after upgrade failed,then it shows code 20002"The state of the patch package installed on the NE is incorrect. The patch package does not take effect"(as att figure 2),so look back for upgrade log and find the patch status just activating after click "confirm the patch"but normal status must be "running",
2: Our R&D told us that when upgrading an NE in patch package loading mode by using the U2000 V100R001C00, T2000 V200R008C00(DC V1R2 just match the U2000 V1R1&T2000 V2R8), or the T2000 of an earlier version, the patch package is activated 24 hours after the patch package is loaded by default. Users can run the :patchpkg-set-time:3,1 command to set the time for one-click package activation, thereby shortening the activation wait in fact,the patch is not really activating.
3:uninstall the patch and load the patch package again,use manual command :patchpkg-set-time:3,1;make sure the
patch status is "running",then load software package sucessful.

Root Cause
The rollback during the file copying process after you click Start Task is as follows:
1:Communication fails.
2:The .pkg file does not exist or cannot be found.
3:Remaining space on the SCC board is insufficient.
4:The patch package does not take effect.
1:take care of your DC's version,and sometimes finished the task sucessful still not standby patch installed correct;
2:watch out the patch's status,after confirmed the patch status must be "running" not"activing",many people think of     "activing" is normal status.
3:we can use upgradekit tool after upgrade failed help to resolving.
