Handling Process

Root Cause
Root cause of problem is wrong script configuration on U2000 server (script use wrong IP address of U2000 server):
You can found this configuration file here: U2000\server\common\uflightdispatcher\conf\ urlconfig.xml

1. Change in U2000\server\common\uflightdispatcher\conf\ urlconfig.xml configuration scrip current IP count to
2. Restart U2000 proceses:
a) uflight_dispatcher
b) nemgr_xxx_yyy
xxx - type of equpment
yyy: number of NE management instance (all should be restarted)

For example: nemgr_ptn_876 or nemng_rtn_2426

For example check screenshoot (2). In my case need restart only selected processes because only PTN and RTN equpment manage from U2000. In case of big PTN count there are three NE instances for PTN.
