Customer want to configure lambda 10G, we installed LBES boards in metro 6100 equipments and LSX boards in OSN 6800, lambda present problems and dont up. We have loops from OSN 6800-1 to router-1 and router-1 detect lambda up but we have loop from OSN 6800-1 to router-2, this router dont detect lambda up. If we have loop from OSN 6800-2 to router-2 lambda up. So we detect problem was between OSN 6800-1 and OSN 6800-2, we check and problem was not physical. Customer told us that OSN 6800-2 has configurate LSX board in 10G WAN mode, we check OSN 6800-1 LSX board and it has the same configuration.
OTU2_SSF, ODU2_PM_SSF, OTU2_LOF, R_LOF
-First check if problem is by physical fail.
-If problem arent physic, check configuration of boards (LBES, LSX), example: Service type, Planned Wavelenght No, Wavelenght (nm), Frequency, planned band type, between all equipments.
The problem is caused because LSX board OSN 6800-2 is configure FEC mode=FEC and LSX board OSN 6800-1 is FEC mode=AFEC
When you check board configuration in your network, always compare configutations especially with equipments that dont have in your network. For example OSN 6800-2 was in other network and customer had not reviewed your configuration.
