Can't configure LAG due to E1s number are mismatch

Issue Description

At Country A, with costumer B, using RTN900 V001R003 with LAG configuration link 2+0.
When configure LAG, the operation is fail.
Massage appeared: LAG port type mismatch. Error code 42494.

Alarm Information

Can’t configure LAG.

Handling Process

1- Try to do this LAG configuration by user account with higher privilege.

The same problem.

2- Check the links configurations.

  • The AM attribute.
  • channel spacing.
  • number of E1 services.
  • modulation scheme.
The problem due to number of E1s is mismatched between links.

Root Cause

The problems due to the links configuration not matched.


Air interfaces can be configured into a LAG. The AM attribute, channel spacing, preset number of E1 services, and modulation scheme must be set to the same values for the two IF ports in a LAG.
