in swap project, there is no -48 rectifier to supply power to the RTN 910(1+1), so Sub.C use temporary mobile rectifier for commissioning, but in many cases spend all day in link and RSL received.
after the same case happened again, i made commissioning again and wait for some time connect the mobile rectifer.
- the configuration still exist and alignment done.
- i revise the product manual, i find that after commissioning, wait as the prog LED on CSH board is flash and i should wait after it stable for 30 second.
- and wait 30 minutes to the data be trabsfered from ROM to flash memory.
site visit done to the link that has no alignment, and steps as following:
1- go to first half check that the antenna, 2 ODU, and coupler all the same band, and it was ok.
2- confirm with site engineer that the 2 IF cables are not swaped at ODU(main and standby swaped), and it is ok.
3- log in to the IDU, check all configuration parameters(frequency, link ID, sending status unmute, and alarms) also it was ok.
4-transfered to other end, check the IDU and found from visual check that all the LED of the 2 IF boards are off, although it is precommissioned.
5- first power off IDU, and insure it is plugged well, then loged to IDU and found that no commissioning done, revise the site engineer, he confirmed that commissioning had done.
6- made commissioning again and the 2 IF boards work normally, and all configuration are ok.
7- disconnect mobile rectifier for temp. purpose, then power on again, all the LEDs of IF board are off.
you should wait about 1 minute after the prog flash being stable to confirm that the new commissiong or upgrade data has downloeded correctly.
- wait 30 minutes to the data be trabsfered from ROM to flash memory.
