PIC of LPU is failed because of the missplaced of the subcard

Issue Description
We have an alarm as below : 
Nov 14 2011 08:46:09 HMRN-NE40E-01 %%01PHY/4/PHY_STATUS_UP2DOWN(l):Slot=7;GigabitEthernet7/1/5 change status to down.
Nov 14 2011 08:46:09 HMRN-NE40E-01 %%01SRM/2/NODEFAULT(l):Slot=7;PIC1 of LPU7 is failed, perhaps 5 Link Down of NP-3 PCS Status is abnormal. (Reason="Port5 PCS link down")

Handling Process
we suggest that prepare spare part for subcard, operation as following:
1, plug out subcard, check whether has bend pins.
2, if has no bend pin, please insert it again to check.

Root Cause
there are two probabiliy :
1, subcard had bad connectivity, causing serdes corresponding port 7/1/5 is abnormal, and so it prints abnormal log information
2, the connector of subcard has bend pin. please checked it as following : 


Concerning this case  there is a high possibility that the subcard is not installed tightly, please reinsert the subcard and fasten the screws.
And you can also follow previous suggestion to check the pin, if there is no bent pin, it is probably caused by loosen connectivity of subcard pins
