BTS fail to receive IP clock source caused by RTN900 V1R3C2SPC100 EM6TA board adding additional tag

Issue Description

BTS type: 3012
RTN type and version: RTN900 V1R3C2SPC100
Clock source: IP clock

BTS 3012 connected to RTN EM6TA board by LAN cable, shifting traffic from TDM to IP. Everything are normal but BTS fail to receive IP clock source.

Alarm Information

RTN no alarm
BTS has fail to receive clock alarm

Handling Process

For RTN, use Navigator and run the script below to prevent the EM6TA from automatically add the tag:
:ptc-debug:bid,"bddm::drv shell sp set041reg,0x0501,0xffff,0xffff"
:ptc-debug:bid,"bddm::drv shell sp set041reg,0x0b01,0xffff,0xffff"

Then use below script to check the RTN showing the correct information:
:ptc-debug:bid,"bddm::drv shell sp get041reg,0x0501,0xffff"
:ptc-debug:bid,"bddm::drv shell sp get041reg,0x0b01,0xffff"

The status showing must be as below:

Root Cause

RTN has added a tag to the BTS source when passing the EM6TA board, and resulting the BTS fail to receive the IP clock because cannot recognize the tag.
