Issue Description

The issue reported that NOC system are not getting alarms from N2000 server.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
Checked the Dump DB Dump settings & no any parcentage configured for dumping.
Configured the Dump Settings , set the 1% of Database to be dumped as according to below figure.
NOC/OSS system is starting to get alarms after dumping the Database of IPMS.

Root Cause
1. The CORBA interface is not properly configured.
2. The NOC server is pingable from N2000 Server.
Disk space of N2000 server is also enough.
4. After Log in to System Monitor client, checked the free space of different Databases, only 0 MB Data Free Space found for IPMS DataBase.

The dumping operation automatically deletes the corresponding data in the database, which releases the database space. We can set whether to perform the periodic dumping, and set the dumping period.
