Unable to Recognize Disks on the E6000 Due to Cache Failure of the LSI 1078 RAID Controller Card

Issue Description

At a commercial deployment, the BH620 board of the E6000 fails to recognize disks during system installation, and displays the following error message during system startup.

Handling Process

Remove the chassis cover with ESD gloves for checking the internal cable arrangement, as shown below.
Replace the faulty RAID controller card from position 8 with the spare part (03020PLA).

Root Cause

The LSI 1078 RAID controller card on the BH620 board encounters cache failure and leads to the ECC parity error. This problem is essentially hardware failure.
