The SMM or BMC Web page cannot be connected to or the page does not respond

Symptom 1: The user logged in to the SMM Web page by using Firefox 2.0, the warning window shown in the following figure is displayed. The user left the Firefox window open, and opened another window to access the SMM Web or BMC Web page but failed.
Symptom 2: The user logged in to the SMM Web page in a Firefox window (window 1), and then attempted to log in to the BMC Web page in another window (window 2). At this time, a warning window was displayed, stating that the certificate did not pass the certification. The user left the warning window open, and switch to window one. The page did not respond when the user clicked a link on the left of the page. Then the user switched to window 2. Window 2 also did not respond, as shown in the following figure.
1. Close the Web pages that cannot be reached or do not respond.
2. Access the Web pages in new windows. Make sure that the expired certificate warning window is not left open.
This problem is caused by the Firefox 2.0 bug that an expired certificate warning window blocks all Firefox 2.0 processes.
Access the Web pages by using Firefox 3.0 or a later version or the IE browser.
