When UltraPath was being installed on the Windows 2000 Server SP4 platform, the system failed to find reg.exe. As a result, installing UltraPath failed.

Find the Windows 2000 CD-ROM and install the program in the /support/tool/setup.exe directory. After the support tool is installed, you can install UltraPath successfully.

Root Cause

The failure is caused by the incomplete installation of the Windows operating system. To install UltraPath, you should install the support tool in the Windows CD-ROM. The detailed directory of the support tool is /support/tool/setup.exe.


You should check the installation environment before the delivery. If the Windows 2000 Server SP4 platform is discovered, you can prepare the installation CD-ROM of the Windows 2000 Server or directly obtain the setup.exe file from the CD-ROM.
