Alarm Information

Handling Process

In Windows Advanced 2000 Server, run the \\\_fs01$ command to access file system fs01.

Root Cause

Clients with different operating systems use their own commands to access the file system. The command for the clients with Windows Advanced 2000 Server needs to add an underscore (_) to the file system name. For example, in Windows 2003 Server or Windows XP, use \\\filesystemName to access a CIFS file system. In Windows Advanced 2000 Server, the command needs to be changed to \\\_filesystemName$.
