Alarm Information

Handling Process

1. Log in to the N8000 using account support.
2. Run the vi /etc/security/access.conf command.
3. Add the pound sign (#) at the beginning of the last two command lines (relevant to accounts support and master), save the settings, and exit the system.

4. Perform the previous operations on all nodes.

Root Cause

The NAS engine of the N8000 is not properly configured before delivery.

If the default account (user name/password: master/master) is used for logging in to the ISM for many times, and the logins on the CLI fail, you can use the previous handling procedure.
