The ISM management interface prompts the user with a message indicating that the password of account master is incorrect. The error information is captured as follows:
<a picture deleted here>
1. Log in to the N8000 using account support.
2. Run the vi /etc/security/access.conf command.
3. Add the pound sign (#) at the beginning of the last two command lines (relevant to accounts support and master), save the settings, and exit the system.
#-:master:ALL EXCEPT LOCAL
4. Perform the previous operations on all nodes.
The NAS engine of the N8000 is not properly configured before delivery.
If the default account (user name/password: master/master) is used for logging in to the ISM for many times, and the logins on the CLI fail, you can use the previous handling procedure.
