The customer uses the outsourced 10 GE NIC in the T3500 and a large amount of network connection errors appear in the system log. Two hours later, the screen of the device becomes black.

Restart the device and check the system log. A great amount of network connection error appear in the system log.
You can determine that the outsourced 10 GE NIC is faulty. As a result, the device cannot work normally and the screen becomes black.
