2.7 TC-A2108 The KVM Fails to Be Connected After the Firmware Upgrade

Issue Description
Related information about the product and version: the T3200 and T3500 G2.
After the firmware upgrade of the device, the KVM fails to be connected, as shown in Figure 2-13.

Alarm Information
Handling Process
 Clear the configuration data about Java from the cache.
1.         In Windows of the PC or server used for the upgrade, click Start > Control Panel > Java, and the Java Control Panel window is displayed, as shown in Figure 2-14.

2.         Click Settings, and the Temporary Files Settings window is displayed, as shown in Figure 2-15.

3.         Click Delete Files, and the Delete Temporary Files window is displayed, as shown in Figure 2-16.

4.         Click OK to delete temporary files.
5.         Re-connect the KVM.
Root Cause
After the firmware upgrade, the configuration data of Java in the cache is not updated. As a result, the KVM fails to be connected.
