1. When there is no I/O to the hard disk in Solaris, the online status indicator and read/write indicator of the hard disk in slot sdm are green on (The online status indicator is above the read/write indicator), as shown in the elliptical frame in Figure 2-1.
l When a hard disk is being written or read, the read/write indicator of the hard disk is green blinking.
l When a hard disk is not being written or read, the read/write indicator of the hard disk is off.

2. Disk c0t48d0 (corresponding to slot sdm) cannot be detected after you run the format command.
Step 1Replace the faulty disk. For details, see Replacing a Disk Module in OceanspaceT3000 Storage Node Troubleshooting-(V100R001C01). Step 2Wait for three minutes after the faulty disk is replaced and check the disk online status indicator. If the disk online status indicator is green on, the fault is removed.
The hard disk in slot sdm is faulty.
Wait for three minutes after the hard disk is inserted and then check the disk online status indicator to determine whether the hard disk is normal.
