HDP5510 Fails to Reboot

Issue Description
If some kinds of disk fault occurs in HDP5510 system, the LSI raid card can not assign SAS address to the disk and fails to initialize during boot phase
Alarm Information
Handling Process
1)      LSI raid card illuminate the light of the disk when fails to assign SAS address, you can check the light in the front panel

2)      Remove the disk which the alarm light is red
3)      Reboot the system to normal status, and the system can rebuild the raid group with hot-spare disk
Root Cause
The error indicates that there is a disk fault in the system, LSI raid card can not assign SAS address, stop initializing, you must remove the faulty disk and restart the system
