1. Log in to the CLI with another user name.
2. Log in to the ISM and choose System > Synchronize time on the menu bar.
3. Check whether the VIS6000 and the CLI client are connected properly and whether the CLI port number is set to 22.
4. If the fault persists, contact Huawei Symantec for technical support.

The possible causes include:
The current user has already logged in to the CLI or ISM.
The system time of the VIS6000 is abnormal.
Network connections are faulty or the CLI port number is set incorrectly.
