The Chinese ISM interface displays illegible characters.
1. Go to the JRE installation path: /jre_test/jre1.5.0_14/lib/fonts. Under this path, create a fallback folder.
2. Go to the Fonts folder of the Windows. Copy the TrueType file into the fallback folder.
3. If the fault persists, seek technical support.

The cause may be that the OS on the client does not support Chinese characters.
