Issue Description

The Microsoft operating system does not have the certificate for the SVN3000 and regards the SVN3000 as an untrusted device.

Handling Process

1.     Create an XCA user certificate and import it to the SVN3000 by using the Web management interface.
2.     Create an XCA device certificate, import it to the SVN3000 by using the Web management interface.

Root Cause

The Microsoft operating system does not have the certificate for the SVN3000 and regards the SVN3000 as an untrusted device.

Suggestions

Invalid certificate is common in client authentication. This does not affect connection. Confirm the certificate import with the customer in advance.
