Failing to Stop the Log Server

Issue Description

While stopping the log server, a dialog box appears, as shown in the following figure.

Handling Process

1. Press F5 to refresh the Services window.
2. Check whether the Secospace eLog LogServer service is stopped.
The Secospace eLog LogServer service is stopped already.
If the service is not stopped, contact Huawei Symantec Engineers.

Root Cause

The server is too busy to respond in time, that is, response times out.
