Issue Description
On the Web UI of the storage device, the state of the battery is Communication Error and other states are Testing.

No operation is required. Wait for about one hour. The battery state becomes normal after the battery initialization is complete.
Root Cause
When a self-developed storage device is powered on for the first time, its battery charges, discharges, and charges again, and then becomes normal and stable. If a communication error occurs or the battery cannot be discovered when a new device is powered on for the first time, it is a normal phenomena.
1. If the battery initialization is undone a few hours later, the battery may be faulty and other problems occur. Detailed logs need to be collected for further analyses.
2. The service life of the battery of a self-developed storage device is 1000 days. Within the service life of the battery, it automatically discharges and charges once a month to test its health state. If the messages Insufficient power and Charge or replace the battery in time are displayed once a month, no operation is required.
