Issue Description

The software version of the S5100 is B028, and the logical version of the controller is U12.

Handling Process

Upgrade the logical version of the controller again and check the status indicator after the upgrade. The upgrade succeeds and the controllers are powered on. You can refer to the logical upgrade guide SC0000393709.

Root Cause

1. The controller fails to be powered on after the logical version is upgraded.
2. The logical version of the controller fails to be upgraded.


It is recommended to ensure the logical upgrade is successful according to the S5100 logical upgrade guide, and then power on the controllers.
