Issue Description

Step 2  Delete the Java program on Add or Remove Programs. Enter the IP address of the S2600 primary controller to download and install the corresponding Java program.
Step 3  After the installation succeeds, the free capacity of the RAID group is correct on the ISM.

Root Cause

The ISM and Java versions are incompatible, causing the free capacity of the RAID group remains unchanged.

During the deployment of the storage devices or solutions that are managed on the ISM, ensure that the ISM and Java versions are compatible. If the ISM or Java program has existed on the maintenance terminal, it is recommended to uninstall the program and then obtain that of the latest version.
