Issue Description

After the S5100 OSM console is logged in to, you can view the utilization of the read/write cache and mirroring write cache in the cache information of the service view. If the values are 0, it indicates that service I/O requests stop.

Alarm Information

Handling Process

Check the services. If the services are continuous write operations and the value of the cache utilization is 0 for a long time, it indicates that services are interrupted.

Root Cause

If front-end services are running, the storage device receives I/O requests that can be observed in the real-time cache statistics.

You can observe the read/write operations on hard disks to judge whether I/O requests are sent to the storage device.
