Issue Description

The local modem fails to connect to the remote modem through the dial-up, and there is no display of successful connection on the Hyper Terminal.

  • Contact the telephone service provider in time to check and fix the PSTN.
Root Cause
  1. Run the dail-up command atdt 02885340000 to view its connection status. There is no display on the maintenance terminal, and the connection can only be established when the dail-up command is executed for several times.
  • It is inferred that the modem dail-up fails due to the unstable public switched telephone network (PSTN).
