The Internet Explorer Displays a Script Error Message

Issue Description

• On the Internet Explorer, a Java Script error message is displayed.
• On the lower left corner of the Internet Explorer, the  icon is displayed.

Handling Process
1. On the Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options.
2. In the displayed dialog box, click the Advanced tab and clear Display a notification about every script error, as shown in Figure 1.

3. Click OK.
Root Cause

The Java Script may fail to be loaded due to a proper browser version or network error. If the Display a notification about every script error function is enabled on the Internet Explorer, the user is notified of each script error.

This is a normal error notification about Java Script and does not affect the ESM. This problem can be avoided by modifying the setting of the Internet Explorer.
