Handling Process
Step 1  Verify that the network runs properly as follows:
  1. Choose Start > Run and enter CMD.
  2. In the displayed CMD window, ping XXX (server IP address).
Step 2  If the network runs properly, log in to the server to verify that the server processes are normal. In multi-machine mode, verify that the NVS_PNM process is normal. In single-machine mode, verify that the NVS_ClientAppSvr, NVS_StoreSvr, NVS_BusinessSvr, and NVS_SysAdminSvr processes are normal.
Root Cause
Two possible causes:
  1. The network is blocked.
  2. The server process is abnormal.
