How to Troubleshoot the Fault that the iNVS Service Fails to be Stopped?

Issue Description
Run the service iNVS stop command in the V1300N command line. The message "service domon stop, OK" is displayed. However, all associated processes and services are not stopped actually. The command execution fails.

Handling Process
Manually stop the services and processes as follows:
Step 1  Run the ps ax command to view the iNVS processes that are still running.
Step 2  Run the killall -9 process name or kill -9 process ID command to manually end the running processes.
Root Cause
The command execution fails. All associated processes and services are not stopped.
It is recommended to install the latest V1300N version.
