How to troubleshoot the fault that the decoding database is faulty on the PVM or TMS client?

Issue Description

When the PVM or TV Matrix Server (TMS) client software is used to watch live videos, a message is displayed, stating that an error occurs when invoking the decoding database and please reopen the video, as shown in the following:

Step 1  Click OK.
Step 2  Reopen the video.
Step 3  If the fault persists after the video is reopened, restart the program.
