The AV/IPS Functional Commands and Menus Cannot be Viewed After a Commercial License USG5300 UTM Firewall

Issue Description
After a commercial license of the USG5300 UTM firewall is imported, the user can view that the UTM features such as AV and IPS are enabled, but corresponding commands and configuration menus cannot be viewed on the CLI and the Web page.

Handling Process
Choose System > Configuration > Working Mode, and set the working mode of the firewall to UTM mode. Then the problem is rectified.

Root Cause
The USG5300 V100R003 has two working modes: firewall mode and the UTM mode. When the device works in firewall mode, UTM features such as IPS and AV are still unavailable after the UTM license is imported successfully.
If the AV/IPS functional commands and menus are not displayed after a commercial license of the USG5300 UTM firewall is imported, you are advised to check whether the firewall is running in UTM mode.
