The UTM License of the USG5300is Efective but the Expiration Date is Incorrect (example)

Issue Description

At an office site, the license can be activated after it is imported to the USG5300, but the displayed expiration date is incorrect. The customer purchased three-year UTM update service, but the system indicates that the license will expire in one year.

Handling Process

  1. Send the license file to the 400 center for a check. No error is found. In addition, the date on the device is accurate.
  2. Change the LAC and activation code to correct ones on the sWeb. Then the correct license information is displayed.

Root Cause

  1. A mistake was made during the license production.
  2. Correct LAC and activation code are not entered.


Pay attention to the LAC and activation code configuration during deployment.
