Failure to Start the VSM Because of Incorrect Environment Variables

A message is displayed indicating that environment variables of the VSM are set incorrectly

Handling Process
Step 1     Check the environment variables of the VSM. For details, see the SecospaceVSM Software Installation Guide.

l           On Windows, right-click My Computer on the desktop and choose Properties from the shortcut menu. On the Advanced tab page, click Environment variable to query the values of IMAP_ROOT and OSS_ROOT.

                                Step 2     Correct the environment variables of the VSM.

l           On Windows: Assume that the VSM is installed in the D:\vsm path. The correct environment variable is IMAP=D:\vsm\server\etc\conf. if the environment variable is not IMAP=D:\vsm\server\etc\conf, re-set it manually.

Environment variables are lost or changed
