Issue Description

Q: ATIC system provides providing static diversion, automatic diversion, manual diversion for protective object. What differentiation do these three diversion modes have?

Handling Process

Static diversion: 
In the access routing equipment through the configuration of a static route or strategy routing, etc, will be designated flow drainage to cleaning equipment for processing, whether or not happen attack, flow will be traction to cleaning equipment. It is main applied in protective fixed target and requires minimal protective time-lapse scenario. 
Automatic diversion:
When testing equipment found abnormal flow, it will notice management center. The management center automatically generate diversion strategy issued to cleaning equipment. The state of the protected objects from attack to normal, management center issued cancel diversion strategy to cleaning equipment.
Manual diversion:
When testing equipment found abnormal flow, it will notice management center, then the management center automatically generate diversion strategy. The diversion strategy formation must be subject to confirmation issued by the manual to cleaning equipment. After the attack, the system will automatically cancel the diversion.
Compared to the two former diversion modes, the manual diversion need be started artificially in ATIC system.
