Step 1.Check VSM environment variable. Refer to <Secospace VSM software installation manual>
In windows system, right-click “my computer > attribute”, in “senior” tab click “ environment variable” , check “ IMAP_ROOT” and “ OSS_ROOT” and other value
Step 2.Check and repair VSM environment variable
In windows system, for example, if VSM is installed under “D:\vsm”, the environment variable should be : “IMAP=D:\vsm\server\conf”, otherwise, we must need to manual acting to configure the environment variable.
