Issue Description
VP8620 set up a T.120 data conference. Some conference hall call to access but fail.
Alarm Information
The hall operation bench alarm conlumn says initialization fail.
Handling Process
Check data conference operation bench information. ‘username’ is empty. ‘Receivepath’ is C:/Huawei Technologies Co.Ltd. Run ‘regedit’ and modify ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE’-> ‘software’-> ‘Huawei’->’dataconference’->’terminal’..modify username to this conference hall. Give ‘Receivepath’ a file.
Root Cause
User switch off unlawfully, user name of registry is lost.
