The video conferencing terminal calls MCU unsuccessful

Issue Description

1. Urumqi video conferencing system adopts ISDN, total three ISDN, 384K.
2. Conferencing TV 8020 terminal called MCU, there were 6 channels displayed on the screen. But only four channels can call through (the screen displayed 6 channels, 4 green, 2 gray)

3. When the MCU call conference terminal, able to establish a connection, but the MCU end observed only 256K instead of 384K.

Alarm Information

Handling Process

1. Check the calling windows, is set to 6 channels. Settings are correct.
2. Through analysis, found that use the number in the phone book to call, so check the phone book settings, the phone book settings is four channels. So, modify the settings to six channels
3. Then call the MCU, connect normally. The MCU call the terminal, connect normally.

Root Cause

3 ISDN lines and three NT1 can work normally, but only 256K able to be binding, suspect that the terminal configured four channels.
