Terminal CPU board failure cause termianl systems cannot boot

Issue Description
Device cannot boot after several circles of start and shutdown

Handling Process
The site port status is 06 observed from MCU, which means this site do not start device. Board of this site is VC02MUXVC01ADA, VC02AUD and VC01EDC. Observe through monitor connected to terminal industrial computer, system stop at memory initialization interface. After reboot and press F5 or F8, system still stops at same interface. Prompt of CMOS battery fail appear after memory initialize. Voltage on CMOS is only 0.04V instead of nominal value of 3.6V. replace 486 board, and system boot succeed.
Root Cause
Industrial computer system failure may be caused by 486CPU board or mother board. When CMOS battery voltage declines to a certain level, BIOS cannot find CMOS parameters. Device cannot boot.
