Test the function of lens focusing by terminal operating. The lens moves clicking focusing button. But the lens returns to default location after release the mouse button. The function of pinch & stretch does work.
A searing-iron, a scissor, a cross head screw-driver, a tweezers, some heat shrink tubing and soldering tin
Operating steps:(about 10 minutes)
1. Uninstall the screws in lens with screw-driver and take down the lid.
2. Uninstall the screws in line board with screw-driver.
3. Turn over the line board and pull out plug A and H.
4. Cut off the blue line and yellow line in plug A. Cut off the red line and black line in plug H.
5. Peel the cut lines and cover the heat shrink tubing. Weld H(red) to A(yellow), H(black) to A(blue). Burn the heat shrink tubing but not the line.
6. Pull out plug G and cut off gray line and white line in plug A. Cut off red line and black line in plug G. Weld G(red) to A(white), G(black) to A(gray).
7.Install the circuit card and lid.
After buying P company's video camera lens, we ask supplier to change cabling, then it can meet our requirement.
1. Pull out the plug H and plug G separately, For they have the same color, it is easy to mix if pull out at the same time. So weld one then weld the other.
2. Two persons cooperation can make it better. One contacts the lines and the other weld.
3. In the process of welding and burning the heat shrink tubing, do not burn the lines. What’s more, notice the dosage of soldering tin. No tin dregs.
