The tri-lens camera can zoom in and zoom out, but can’t focus and sway

Handling Process

1,Examine the lens and the zoom ring can move normally, the focus ring is blocked by something so that it can not move, after clearing the focus ring, it can mover again.
2,Pan tilt zoom is used to sway, so we check the pan tile zoom and find the power light is extinguish, then we check the power wire and find it is broken.
3,Replace a new power wire for the pan tilt zoom, turn on the dial number switch to M, the swaying function is recovered.

Root Cause

The tri-lens camera can zoom in and zoom out, so the interface, connection cable, decoder are all OK, the fault must come from the lens and pan tilt zoom.
